Breast PBM Irradiator
The world's first breast PBM irradiation device applying PBM technology
- PBM therapy is a medical term that summarizes the process of activating blood circulation, lymphatic circulation, nerve cell regeneration, ATP, and NO in the human body.
- This keyword is registered as a major keyword for therapeutic methods in the MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) of the National Institutes of Health in the United States.
- Only products designed and manufactured according to the principles of photobiology can be referred to as PBM products.
Technology
- Application of photobiological technology optimized for changes in human tissue cells with photon intensity, spectrum, spectral irradiance, and power density (W/cm²).
Customized Functionality: Supports 8-stage, condition-specific, customized pulse signal. Dr. Paul Nogier.

Systematic Review of PBM Therapy for Lymphedema Related to Breast Cancer
Up to November 2016, databases including PubMed, AMED, Web of Science, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure were searched for studies on breast cancer and PBMT, LLLT clinical trials. Two reviewers independently assessed the methodological quality and validity of PBM therapy in various clinical trials. Primary outcome measures were limb circumference/volume, and secondary outcomes included pain intensity and range of motion. The best evidence synthesis was performed due to clinical heterogeneity of data.

Conclusion
Eleven clinical trials were identified, of which seven randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were selected for analysis. Overall, the methodological quality of the included RCTs was high, but reporting of treatment parameters was poor. Results indicate strong evidence (from 3 high-quality clinical trials) that PBMT is more effective than sham treatment in reducing limb circumference/volume in short-term follow-ups. There is moderate evidence (from 1 high-quality clinical trial) that PBM therapy is more effective than sham laser for short-term pain relief. According to the systematic review, PBMT can be considered an effective treatment approach for women with breast cancer-related lymphedema. Due to a limited number of published clinical trials, well-designed high-quality clinical trials are clearly needed in this area. Optimal treatment parameters for clinical application have not yet been established.
Postnatal
- Mastitis, insufficient milk supply, menstrual pain, premenstrual syndrome, elasticity recovery, volume maintenance, tissue circulation.
Various symptoms of menstruation
- During menstruation, various physical changes occur due to hormonal secretion changes and bleeding. These primarily include abdominal pain, backache, migraine, nausea, breast tenderness, depression, and abdominal bloating.

Armpit Pain Before and After Menstruation
-
Armpit pain is a common symptom experienced before and after menstruation. If there is discomfort in the armpit during this time, it could indicate the presence of accessory breasts. As the term 'accessory breast' (副乳房) suggests, it means having an extra breast. It usually occurs in the armpits, outside of the left and right chest. It can protrude in the armpit area and may resemble a breast in appearance.
-
Characteristics of Accessory Breast in the Armpit
-
There is a hard area that can be felt in the armpit or inside of the arm.
-
Pain occurs according to the menstrual cycle.
- The armpit appears more protruding compared to others.
- Generally, there is excessive sweating in the armpit area.
- Especially after pregnancy and childbirth, the armpit area protrudes significantly.
- The armpit appears saggy from the point of stopping breastfeeding or weaning.
